Ideally located near the thermal baths and the city center and thermal baths, our apartments include studios, T1 or T2. Each furnished apartment has been fitted out, furnished and decorated in order to fully satisfy you. A decoration specific to each furnished apartment gives it an identity.

Our history
Yannick GUERTON, badly burned in 1989, followed numerous thermal cures at La Roche Posay.
In 2010, Christelle and Yannick decided to buy their first apartment at La Roche Posay (86).
In 2012 and 2013, we invested in 4 other apartments in the town of La Roche Posay.
In 2016, our building stock was enlarged by the acquisition of an apartment in Toulouse (31).
2018 was an important year , because we decided to create the company GUERTONLOCATION Sarl, to continue our development, increase our building stock and diversify our activities.
In 2019, GUERTONLOCATION acquires an apartment in Rochefort sur Mer (17).
In 2020, GUERTONLOCATION expands its park by purchasing an apartment in Bruz and offers private landlords the commercial management of their apartments.
