Nous établissons le cahier des charges de votre recherche soit, les critères du bien recherché, sa localisation, son loyer de location ou son prix d'achat (frais de notaire inclus),. Nous validons ensemble la cohérence du projet, et définissons le délai dans lequel le bien doit être trouvé à la location ou à l'achat.
Les visites et les comptes rendus
A partir du cahier des charges, je sélectionne des biens que je visite pour vous. Les visites peuvent être réalisées en visio lorsque cela est compatible avec vos disponibilités. Lors des visites, je fais des photos et vidéo du bien immobilier. Ensuite, je vous les envois accompagné d'un rapport détaillé du bien visité. Vous trouverez les informations suivantes : Superficie, localisation, prix, transport à proximité, distance par rapport à votre travail ou école, aux établissements scolaires, lieux culturels et équipements sportifs....

Our fees are 6% of the amount of the annual rent excluding charges with a minimum package of €250.00 in Rennes Métropole.
Our fees are 8 to 10% outside Rennes mainland depending on the distance and the type of property sought.
They are liable on the day of signing of the lease.

Our fees are between 1.5% to 3% of the net seller purchase price (excluding notary fees and any agency fees). They are decreasing according to the purchase price. They are indebted on the day of the signature of the authentic act.
