We establish the specifications for your search, including the criteria for the property you are looking for, its location, its rental price or purchase price (including notary fees). Together, we validate the feasibility of the project and define the timeframe within which the property must be found for rent or purchase.
The visits and the reports
Based on your specifications, I select properties to visit on your behalf. Visits can be conducted virtually when that suits your availability. During the visits, I take photos and videos of the property. I then send these to you along with a detailed report of the property visited. This report will include the following information: surface area, location, price, nearby transportation, distance from your workplace or school, educational institutions, cultural venues, and sports facilities.

Our fees are 6% of the annual rent excluding charges, with a minimum fee of €300.00. in Rennes Métropole.
Our fees are 8 to 10% outside of Rennes. metropolitan area depending on the distance and the type of property sought.
They are payable as soon as your application is accepted by a landlord and are due on the day the lease is signed .
Our fees are between 1.5% to 3% of the net seller purchase price (excluding notary fees and any agency fees). They are decreasing according to the purchase price. They are indebted on the day of the signature of the authentic act.

From €800,001 to €1,000,000: 1.25% including VAT
