We support you in your real estate purchase or investment project, from the search for the property to the signing of the authentic deed.

Our real estate hunter missions
My missions consist of:
- establish the research specifications,
- search for the apartment, house, land, building or other ...
- visit and preselect properties, provide you with a visit report with photos,
- accompany you during the visit,
- assist you in the proposal for a purchase offer,
- support you in your loan search process,
- assist you in the administrative acquisition procedures (sales agreement and signature of the authentic deed). I collect the documents and information useful for the purchase for the notary
- organize signature appointments with the notary and accompany you there if you wish,
- assist you in your rental file procedures.
Our real estate hunter fees
Our fees are between 1.5% to 3% of the net seller purchase price (excluding notary fees and any agency fees). They are decreasing according to the purchase price. They are indebted on the day of the signature of the authentic act.

Between 75,001 and 150,000 € Fees of 2% including tax
Between € 150,001 and € 600,000 Fees: 1.5% incl.
Between € 600,001 and € 1,000,000 Fees: 1% including tax
Above € 1,000,001 Fees: 0.75% incl.
Our rental property search fees are 5% of the annual rent amount with a minimum flat rate of € 250
